Ecuador And It’s Location

Ecuador is a country located in the northwest of South America, which borders the mainland from Colombia to the north and Peru to the south and east, in addition to having coast in the Pacific Ocean to the west. It won its independence from Spain in 1822, becoming part of Gran Colombia together with the current Colombia, Venezuela and Panama, until their separation from the each other in 1830.
